Baby Cousin Ella

My sister Ada brought her first child into the world on July 15th, 2008 at 4:30 AM. Her daughter's name is Ella Rose Flaminio. She weighed 7 lbs. 9 oz. and was 20 inches long. She has red heair, dark brown eyes and is so, so sweet. Congrats to Ada and Mike!
Sleeping beauty!
No lights or pictures, please!
Visits from Aunt Val and Cousin Anna
Proud mommy with Ella. Daddy was at home vacuuming and doing dishes!
Ella is fed, awake and happy! :-)

Big Boy!

Atticus got a new backpack to carry his things instead of using the diaper bag! He also got a new pair of sunglasses to beat the blaring Phoenix sun!

Too big for daddy's britches!

Children's Museum - Part II

One of the first activities we did at the Children's Museum was paint. Rookies mistake! Atticus ended up with more paint on himself then the house he was painting. We had to put him in his stroller for awhile so the paint on his clothes could dry before he played in other areas. His legs and feet were stained pink all day. He had a great time painting though! Why use a paint brush when fingers work just as well.
Very serious painter deep in thought.

His shoes and toes COVERED in pink paint. He hardly even noticed!

Children's Museum - Part I

We spent the day together at the new Chilrdren's Museum in Phoenix. It was nice and cool inside (Double plus for mommy and daddy in the 108 degree weather!), and Atticus really enjoyed himself at all the play stations.
Hola hoops are fun!
Climbing through tunnels.
Stretching to place balls in the right hole.
Tea party for one.
Rough housing on pillows.

He's a Maniac, Maniac on the Floor...

We decided to put some early 90's wrist bands on Atticus and surprisingly he didn't mind! We then put on some music and let him feel the beat! Watch out! He's a maniac on the floor!

Random Photos

Here are a few random pictures of Atticus over the last few months.
Don't ask me why, but he rather play in the toy box than next to the toy box.
Here he is play the drums, and yes, a gong. Do you think the 'Gong Show' will ever make a come back? I know Atticus could have a bright future on TV if it did!

Finally, Atticus is sitting on his car, drinking a bottle and watching TV. Sounds close to every amn's dream, right?!

Family Day at the Park

Okay, it has been awhile since I've posted anything! So sorry! I promise I'll make up for lost time and post a lot of pictures today.
Here are some pictures of an afternoon we spent at the park. Atticus is playing around on the grass and running away from us...a new favorite game of his!
