I'm Leaving on a Jet Plane...

Ben and Atticus at Lovefield Airport in Dallas, Texas. We have our son, our luggage, our carry-on luggage, but no car seat! The car seat stayed in El Paso, Texas for some unknown reason! The airlines gave us a 'loner' for the day, which was great because we panicked at the thought of buying another car seat. They delivered our car seat to my mom's house at 12am! Luckily, everything was intact so we could safely explore this new city.

Here we are leaving on the plane from Phoenix to Dallas May 4th, 2007. Atticus did great on his first plane ride! No obnoxiously loud crying to the relief of nearby passengers! :-)

Easter

Here's the handsome man ready to praise Jesus on Easter morning!

Not sure why this is so small....Aunt Charlotte flew out from Texas to spend Easter with us, and Atticus was VERY happy about that!

Finally an Update

Okay, we are so bad at this! It has been 3 months now since we've updated our original website www.atticusroat.com . We had a great excuse in the beginning to not update anyone on anything as we were so busy with a newborn, but we no longer can use that as an excuse as Atticus is now 3 months old! We also had some technical difficulties with that website so we are now switching to this blog format. Yeah!

We can hardly believe it is time for Kathy to go back to work already! Time flies when you're changing diapers, feeding and burping a newborn around the clock! :-)

Atticus is doing great! He is smiling, "talking" all day long and most importantly sleeping through the night! Can I hear an amen!
